Now a days the frase Commercialism never looked so real....untill YOU actually go out & do some shopping!It can be very tough out there!Trying to dind a space close enough or as close as u can get!!!The thought or FACT that Jesus Christ died for US,the Lord so loved the world-that he gave his only son,to die being perfect & sinless he rose again on the 3 day gaining the key to death & hell itself,or this is what i am taught to believe-I place my Faith & Hope in GOD almighty!!!It is he that knows better then i,for i am sinfull,regrettably so,i am still a sinner until these R washed in His blood=Jesus Christ's-and so we go on living,playing,talking & walking,hopeing we are headed in the right direction & That GOD never gives us what we cannot handle.The Holy Bible & the Koran-Both believe in the same GOD,The GOD of Abraahaam-& My GOD,is Jehova GOD, amoung his many dif names.Now in my lifetime i have lost alot of peoples starting with my father,& i have learned that it never gets any easier,& it seem's to speed up as you age.You notice friends going here n there...some u hardly knew while others were like brothers or sisters.The ONLY thing thatkeeps me going is that they are NO longer suffering & are at peace,finally!We must move forward but if help is needed we should not be afraid to ask for it.People just want to be loved,to feel needed.99% of addicts i know use to forget bad stuff thats happened in their past-abuse is most often the case for most addicts.YOU would be surprised at the numbers of young people this happens to,especially in underprivilidged area's.Todays young are more interested in bigger & better gifts at Christmas time,as it has gotten way to comercial for me,i simply opt out.I opt out of the maddness of shopping for gifts that are not apreciated really.Its all just stuff.More stuff,more junk to clutter up our lives with.Well,it just brings up memories of past x-mas's gone bad,or were sad for 1 or another reasons R just that.Excuses.I am full of em myself.I should be living life to the fullest each & every day.Its a GREAT time to be alive!!!Science is growing into newer area's of study never before even dreamed of.Today's breakthrough's are tomorrow's triumph's & we need to get off of the oil addiction.World over we must use solar & wind powered engines,& hydrogen that we get pure water from as pollution.This is a pollution that will & can fit another need,which we will need alot more of!Pure Water is something this planet is going to get very short on very soon.We should be building UNDERGROUND CITIES & stop all coast line developement.We will be plunged into the dark ages all over again when we get hit by a meteor or comet speeding across the cosmos,untill Men world over start to plan for this,mankind will be doomed to die...life is always a struggle especially when your on the bottem.You have to climb out of the muck n mire & stand on firm ground.With the planets weather steadily growing ever worse mankind should be considering living on the water,underground,& in outer space out amoung the many trillions of stars...ahhh to dreaM of such wonderfull far away places & planets.To try & imagine such a place you can try,but it will never compare to your being there,breathing in the fresh air of a non-polluted planet untouched by the machinery of man.Time & space are the last frontiers now to be explored & each of these are slowly releasing their secrets to mankind.Peace n love not wars n walls eh folks!!!

No Legal Aid & So Will Plead Guilty of Possesion

So ya as i am HIV+,I thought i would have a chance in beating this charge,& wanted to try & make it easier for HIV+ persons to access weed legally.Northern Ont Dr.s will not sign for my medical marijuana licence,even though i am HIV+ & have epilepsy-.I am a recovering coke,heroin & speed addict 4 yrs clean,& smoke to help with my nasea in the mornings & to help me eat.Y must the sick & dyeing be treaTed as common criminals for simply trying to ease some pain,nasea or many other ill's & ailments that the sick & dyeing swear is alieviated by injesting pot!Scientific study's R now out by the hundreds that PROVE this very fact!We have been right all along...pot does help those with HIV,cancer,glucoma,eplilepsy ,MS,Chrone's,nerve disorders,stuttering disorders that stop as soon as that patient smokes weed! So when will the USA stop this INSANE WAR on DRUGs?If they legalized & TAX'ed weed,they might pay-off their deficit in 5 yrs!!!

Thought All the Grey Couds would End With Winter-NOT!

This has got to be 1 of the coolest,greyest,starts to summer in the sudbury area!But last yr all the berries were ruined due to so much rain as well!Junction creek is running pretty high,or so my observations tell me.(i ride a trial that runs paralel to junction creek all the time)So where is this global warming?Summer's have been cooler here,or so it seems to me anyways!it's only been above 30c 1 & july is half over already.Soon aug will be here & all it will do then is get cooler at nights!Wow summer has come & gone & i havent done a thing!I have been locked in depression ever since feb .Goin out to the grave tomorrow if its not raining too bad,going to try nways!!!Starting a Harm Reduction group at the Action Centre starting aug 14 at 6:30-7:30. I am hoping to atract those that R on methadone & anyone else that is trying to beat an addiction & would like to use the harm reduction protocol.I think its a needed service org here as well as the compassion club that is needed here in the sudbury region badly as we have the cancer treatment centre along with persons with a variety of illness's that marijuana aleviates or makes it easier !!!Pot needs to be legalized & taxed!!!We would then have FREE Healthcare,Education,for all as well as pay for defence,offence & any other fences that needed fixing!!!It would run the criminal element out of it & then the police could concentrate on the drugs that do the most harm-coke-crack-speed-extacy & the like.These are the real killers of our children,brothers,sisters,fathers,mothers,uncles & aunts,& sadly even grandparents as well!Hard drugs effects persons of every age,culture & creed as its not racist!It will drag any human soul down as far as it can suck it!Many lose this fight & OD or are institutionalized,suicides take many as well,as u get even more depressed once the high is gone & your busted yet again for the billionth time!The never ending circle,its so easy to get caught up in that BS lifestyle!I was 27 when i did my first hit of coke,& i knew immediately i was in big trouble!Sure enough it was along time caught up inside that world of disease & sickness & addiction .Enough to know how lucky i am to be clean 4 yrs today going on 5!I havent relapsed (knockin on wood) & this remains my biggest fear these days but i rarely think about that (useing drugs i mean)oh yes i still smoke weed to help with nasea & eating & it helps change my depression that has been so ever present of late!I miss my mom i know this,i called her everyday!I have not replaced that giant hole that i feel.But i keep my faith n GOD & Jesus Christ& the Holy Spirit!k folks remember PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH!& PSS!SAFE SEX SAVES LIVES SO SAVE A LIFE TODAY!THE LIFE YOU SAVE COULD BE YOUR OWN IF YOUR SMART & USE A CONDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Woke Up To Flood-OAN Leadership Training Program Steps in Right direction

It's great to know that there R programs to help folks with HIV-AIDS to gain skills & life lessons.Speaking about living with HIV isn't the easiest thing to do.U have to overcome yer fears of getting up & talking to many peoples ay many dif places,about U & yer life & yer dreams hopes & values.I have had the honour & privilidge to meet many very cool persons that are also HIV+,& doing great things as well as overcoming many hardships.This leadership developement program has already started to pay didvidends ,as more persons R breaking their silence & telling their stories on how they caught it & how they deal with living with HIV or AIDS on a daily basis.As we need food & excerise to stay healthy,many of us cannot afford luxury items ,& have to do the best we can with what we have.I have alot really.When i think about how many times i have lost all my stuff do to getting arrested or "useing" hard core drugs".I am so gratefull to be clean from that shit,the evil of it boggles the mind if u try &* think about it too much U will only end up shittin on yerself!So i take thibngs 1 day at a time a& just do the best with wat i have.GOD had been generous to me & has answered many a prayer!I tyhank GOD each & everyday for all he has given to me .I pray he sends me a wife sooner rather then latter!!!PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!

Canadians who are prescribed marijuana to treat their illnesses will no longer be forced to rely on the federal government as a supplier following a Federal Court ruling that struck down a key restriction in Ottawa's controversial medical marijuana program.


The decision by Judge Barry Strayer, released late Thursday, essentially grants medical marijuana users more freedom in picking their own grower and allows growers to supply the drug to more than one patient.


It's also another blow to the federal government, whose attempts to tightly control access to medical marijuana have prompted numerous court challenges.


Currently, medical users can grow their own pot but growers can't supply the drug to more than one user at a time.


Lawyers for medical users argued that restriction effectively established Health Canada as the country's sole legal provider of medical marijuana.


They also said the restriction was unfair, and that it prevented seriously ill Canadians from obtaining the drug they needed to treat their debilitating illnesses.


In his decision, Strayer called the provision unconstitutional and arbitrary, as it "caused individuals a major difficulty with access…"

Ottawa must also reconsider requests made by a group of medical users who brought the matter to court to have a single outside supplier as their designated producer, Strayer said in his 23-page decision.

While the government has argued that medical users who can't grow their own marijuana can obtain it from its contract manufacturer, fewer than 20 per cent of patients actually use the government's supply, Strayer wrote.


"In my view it is not tenable for the government, consistently with the right established in other courts for qualified medical users to have reasonable access to marijuana, to force them either to buy from the government contractor, grow their own or be limited to the unnecessarily restrictive system of designated producers," he wrote.

Ron Marzel, a Toronto lawyer representing the group of medical users who brought the matter before the Federal Court, called the decision a "great remedy" for his clients.


"All this means is that the limit — the one-to-one ratio — it's the last nail in the coffin for that ratio," he said in an interview.


"The court has said, 'Look, unequivocally, this is unconstitutional, it's arbitrary. All the reasons you've provided us with so far for this one-to-one ratio, they don't pass muster. We don't buy it, we don't accept it."'

The provision had been struck down by the courts before, but was reinstated by the government who contracted Prairie Plant Systems Inc. in Flin Flon, Man., to provide the drug to patients./As a PHA that has to use pot in order to eat- i face RED TAPE & beaurocratic BS. by Drs the refuse to help,politicians throw their hands in the air & do nothing!!! i think the CAS should mandate that 1)pot access for patients, & subsidizing $ spent on medical pot-or reimbursing us at tax time~~!!!Housing is another big issue that need attention.PEACE N LOVE NOT WARS N WALLS EH FOLKS!!!!
